Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to His disciples, "Sit here while I go over there and pray." And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be grieved and distressed. Then He said to them, "My soul is deeply grieved, to the point of death; remain here and keep watch with Me." And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as Thou wilt." And He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "So, you men could not keep watch with Me for one hour? "Keep watching and praying, that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." He went away again a second time and prayed, saying, "My Father, if this cannot pass away unless I drink it, Thy will be done." And again He came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy. And He left them again, and went away and prayed a third time, saying the same thing once more....
Matthew 26:36-44

Go to dark Gethsemane
ye that feel the tempter's power
your Redeemer's conflict see
watch with him one bitter hour
turn not from his griefs away
learn of Jesus Christ to pray

Follow to the judgment hall
view the Lord of life arraigned
O the wormwood and gall!
O the pangs his souls sustained!
Shun not suffering, shame,
or loss learn of him to bear the cross

Calvary's mournful mountain climb there,
adoring at his feet
mark the miracle of time
God's own sacrifice complete
"It is finished!" hear him cry
learn of Jesus Christ to die

In the Garden of Gethsemane, feeling lonely, sad and distressed, Jesus poured his soul to God. As a human, he felt the pain, suffering and anguish of a troubled heart. He knew that his time to be sacrified for the sins of the world was near. His anguish was so intense, that his body experimented the tormented pain of his soul.

As Jesus in that garden, we experiment times like that in our own lives. Pain, anguish, suffering, betrayal, shame, abandonment and loneliness. We feel that life has no meaning, no purpose. Our soul is crying. But it's cry it's held down by the chains of neglect, suffering, indiference, pride or desperation, and silenced by the deafening sobs of our hurting heart.

Passing myself through Gethsemane, God inspired me to create this garden to offer His wonderful love, peace, hope and forgiveness to all who enter.
In it, you will find healing words of inspiration along with the wonderful promises found in His Word.

May you find in this garden rest to your mind, inspiration to your life, salvation to your soul. God Bless You!!
